Document current system and water needs Field reconnaissance and data surveys. This includes survey of the dam and
ditch. The engineering firm will also characterize current irrigation system, and assess needs.

Consult Technical Team of project related agencies and the engineering firm Technical Advisory Team (ODFW, NOAA, OWRD, BLM, USFWS) will advise the process and ensure that standards are met. 06/2023 12/2023
Develop preliminary designs & cost estimates Highland Ditch Stakeholder Association, and SURCP will collaborate to cooperatively work with CSS to develop designs and cost estimates.
ODFW will develop designs for fish screening.
